We only collect and process data that is relevant to conference activities and programmes. We make every effort to keep an accurate up to date record of data collected. Any such data shall be processed and stored for lawful reasons only in such a manner as is fair.

We do not share personal data with anyone without written and signed permission from the owner of the data who shall be asked to provide us with suitable identification when needed. Any information that we may share is only that which is connected to conference-based activities. 

Any contact information that we collect and process is only for our purposes and is not passed on to any third parties. We make every effort to keep this information up to date and secure by restricting its use to our data security designated person. 

We shall treat any breach of our data protection and privacy policy with the seriousness it deserves by seeking to immediately act upon any such breaches in a robust and urgent fashion. After securing all data in the event of a breach the Data Controller shall investigate and provide assurances on the extent of the breach
